Excellent choice of single origin traditional espresso and pour over coffees. Especially if you enjoy fruitier ones. Quality is on par with other Brewers Cup winners. The pastries are hit or miss. They do serve good croissants with a proper texture like you can get in France, but they are far too big. They do have a few small ones to choose from which helps. The macaroons are similar to what you can get at common bond. The lemon and pumpkin breads are dry and bland. This is not the shop for you if you want smoothies or sweet drinks. They specialize more in the coffee than syrup selection.

The ham and cheese croissant is to die for. Literally. Also got a basic Carmel oatmilk latte that was great. The vibes in here are really relaxed and the employees are equally as friendly. A little bit on the pricier side but would say it’s well worth it. Will definitely be back!

This is a great coffee shop, even if you’re not a coffee nerd. They have fun drinks available if you’re not a fan of straight espresso shots or pour-over. Be aware that the ‘Supermilk’ is available only at the Sugarland location.

Came in to check it out based on a recommendation of gluten free sweets to go with my coffee. Definitely not the least expensive place I have ever been, but very delicious nonetheless. Ordered a cup of the cold brew coffee, and a slice of the gluten free iced lemon cake. To my surprise, the cake was not overly sweet like most coffee cakes tend to be. Blendin even has a roaster on site, and obviously roasts and grinds their own coffee beans locally which adds to the freshness.

Amazing coffee and a wonderful atmosphere. The cappuccino tastes exactly like the ones I’d have in italy having lived there for a decade. The staff is incredibly kind and masters of their craft. This is top tier coffee and a real gem of a spot. The energy of this place is 10/10 with big windows and great lighting. The croissants are perfection. Highly recommend.

Very great. I did a decaf americano (and was told there is a regular who orders this every time). There is great complexity in the cup and it is delightful.

The lattes here are really good. I would highly recommend them. However, the Matcha here is not that great. I would rate it probably 3 out of 10. It’s a great place to study, but it’s often hard to find tables because people occupy them for a really long time. I have yet to go there and find a place to sit that’s empty.

The absolute best coffee in Houston. Enjoy an amazing single origin coffee as a pour over. Even better, get a premium coffee and use the sensory cup! So good...

A good and cozy place to order coffee made by true coffee specialists. The staff is friendly and very attentive—if you don’t know much about coffee, they explain everything and give great suggestions. I will definitely come back every time I’m in the area. Without a doubt, the best coffee I’ve ever had!
